Shady Pines is located in the heart of Hochatown, very close to Cedar Creek golf course and minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.

The living room is an open floor plan featuring a large sectional sofa, lounge chair, leather recliner, gas fireplace, big screen Smart HDTV. Enjoy a movie and popcorn in front of a fire with your loved ones.

The chef in the family will appreciate the fully-stocked kitchen for creating and serving your meals, and the dining table offers seating for six people.

The downstairs Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom features a King-size bed, nightstands, big screen Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom featuring a large vanity, soaker tub, and large walk-in shower (Laundry Room through this bathroom)

Master Bedroom #2 (Upstairs) features a King-size bed, nightstands, big screen Smart HDTV.

It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-cart's, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget to bring:
• Rain gear and light jackets.
• Hiking boots are a must for the scenic trails.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.

A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
