Modern Buffalo is tucked back into a cul-de-sac in the Hickory Ridge development, with a seasonal creek. You will be delighted when you drive up to a security gate, green grass and a nearby deer feeder, where a family of deer ofter stop by for dinner. You will fall in love with Modern Buffalo, a recently constructed absolutely stunning luxury retreat that has everything you need, with gorgeous upscale amenities! This cabin features sky high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows for fantastic views of nature and the thick pine forest in every direction. The open floor plan of Modern Buffalo offers modern contemporary fixtures, plush furnishings, and two romantic gas fireplaces. The open floor plan features accented nickel gap walls in the kitchen and bedrooms, beams in the family room ceilings, quartz countertops and custom cabinets.

Modern Buffalo is a two story cabin with two living areas and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two amazing king master suites. Each offers an oversized, walk-in tile shower, double vanity sinks, and luxury linens and towels. There is an extra half bath downstairs for convenience. Luxury comes to mind in every room, with beautiful décor, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, smooth hardwood floors, and double vanity bathrooms with large walk-in tile showers.
Downstairs is a showplace for art and decor, with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and black quartz breakfast bar and barstools, open to the living room - dining room. The chef's dream kitchen offers upgraded stainless appliances - electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with built-in ice maker. Also provided are cookware, dishes, flatware, glassware, toaster, blender, and a crock pot. The dining table is surrounded by windows, and seats 6, with an additional barstools at the nearby island bar. Also downstairs is the master king suite with a beautiful bathroom, featuring a large walk-in tile shower and double vanities.

Walk up the floating staircase to enter the loft second living room - game room - bunk room with two extra long twin beds. Play a game of Giant Connect Four, enjoy other family board games or kick back in the cozy furnishings to watch a movie, popcorn provided. Just beyond the loft is the second king master suite. This bedroom offers more glass views of nature from above. Enjoy the wonderful loft balcony, furnished with a couch and fire pit, complete with a peaceful treetop view.
Walk outside of Modern Buffalo from the kitchen or the dining area, where there is great outdoor solar lighting and a huge covered outdoor living area with a dining set, gas grill (propane provided), a large fireplace and a 60-inch Smart TV. The uncovered hot tub area is open to a blanket of stars in the Oklahoma night sky! With a close view of nature, you will love soaking in the bubbly hot tub with your favorite beverage in the mornings, or evenings. Also tell Big Foot stories while roasting s’mores at the furnished fire pit area. Modern Buffalo has a custom gate entrance to an oversized driveway - great for boats, 4-wheelers and side by side vehicles and trailers.
