Beavers Bend Adventures pays for aggressive print and digital advertising programs, website design, cabin photos, cabin signs, credit card fees and website updates. BBA operates 24 / 7, 365 days per week, with 3 Office Managers - working phones, e-mails and work orders / 3 Maintenance Managers / 1 Bookkeeper / 3 Cleaning Companies - who hire and train many cleaners for inside and outside cleaning, which is paid by the guests.
BBA also pays the cleaning companies to re-check all cleaning prior to each arrival and keep a watchful eye on everything. The majority of our office and cleaning staff members have been with BBA for many years. They are mature professionals - the backbone of the company!
BBA delivers firewood, groceries, flowers and Sweetheart Packages for guests. They also schedule and process payment for guests’ in-cabin massages. Cleaning and maintenance services are impeccable – going above and beyond to present added touches to impress. BBA provides quick repairs to save time and money for the property owners … which keeps our guests happy. Large groups return to BBA every year – family reunions, church groups and corporate retreats – usually coming back to their same “neighborhood of cabins”. Guests pay a Damage Waiver, which means Beavers Bend Adventures pays up to $1,000 per reservation for accidental damages. The guests pay a pet fee, which means BBA pays for any mess or damage caused by a pet. BBA pays and manages trash services, pest control, and alarm monitoring services, then includes them on the owner statement for reimbursement. No long-term contract is required.
