Pocahontas Cabin

Walking in the front door you’ll be greeted by large gable windows that offer natural light, an electric fireplace, and a large flat screen TV with plenty of DVDs. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking a fantastic meal while still being a part of the action in the living room. One of the unique things about this cabin is the bedroom set up. To the right of the living room you’ll find a large bedroom with a private bathroom and a door that leads to a private porch. To the left of the living room you’ll find another large bedroom with a private bathroom and futon couch for extra guests. This layout adds a layer of privacy that many other cabins don’t have, as it allows guests to come and go as they please without disturbing their family or friends.

Off the front porch you’ll find another unique feature of Pocahontas and that is the covered pavilion. The pavilion offers comfy wood seating as well as an outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen area. Off to the side of the pavilion you’ll find a large grill and fire pit. This cabin is perfect for two couples or a small family! The Captain’s Retreat and Pocahontas Cabins are pleasantly separated by a small covering of forest. The cabins are a well suited match for a small family reunion needing 2 cabins in close walking distance to each other. The Captain’s Retreat can sleep up to 8 people. Pocahontas can sleep up to 8. Both cabins together can accommodate 16 people.

Pocahontas Cabin is a one story, two bedroom cabin that offers exactly what you’re looking for if you need a relaxing getaway. The cabin fosters an atmosphere of enjoyment while still giving you the privacy you need. The covered pavilion outside takes you into the great outdoors while keeping some of the comforts of the indoors available.

Pocahontas Cabin is a special find with two bedrooms and two private bathrooms, as well as a separate entrance to one of the bedrooms.

3 Bed Types, Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably – Maximum occupancy is 8 people. You will need to bring additional bedding for maximum occupancy (air mattresses, sleeping bags, etc.)

All cookware, dishes, silverware, glassware provided including paper towels, dish towels/rags & BBQ tools.

We make every effort to stock your cabin with all the little extras. (Salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet tissue, bath bar soap, hand soap, & dish detergent)
