Testimonials

August 2022

This cabin was an incredible experience for my entire family. Tons of different things to do and experience for everyone. The homeowners were great as well, we had an A/C issue and the response time to help us out was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend this place more and hope to be back in the future.

If you want an amazing Broken Bow adventure this is the place for you and your crew. We had a group of 9 and loved every moment we spent in OK. The cabin provided plenty of privacy for each person and wasn’t too close to other cabins which helped us feel secluded and tucked away. All 9 of us enjoyed the hot tub after creating a group meal from the grill and kitchen, we cooked enough for an army! The campfire was perfect for our first time s’mores with a swing and hammock nearby. We watched Harry Potter outside while hot tubbing, The Blind Side at breakfast and everyone enjoyed their own TV (1 in every room) . We loved playing pool and Foosball in the game room, bringing out our competitive sides. This is the location for anyone’s group because it really does have something for everyone.

“I had the pleasure of spending three days at the Humble and Kind cabin in Broken Bow.  What a lovely visit!  The cabin was spacious, yet very homey.  We had every amenity we could have wished for, and then some.  The gals had wine and s’mores around the fire pit, and the guys watched football on the big screen TV with a roaring fire on the covered patio.  The weather was a bit rainy, so taking advantage of local attractions was limited.  But we scarcely noticed because we were so happy in the cabin.  I will return for another visit!”

“We were blessed with a beautiful, relaxing stay at Humble and Kind. This cabin was perfect for us! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the towels were amazing. The girls and their friends had breakfast every morning on the backyard covered patio and we spent many of our nights there also. The girls had a blast going to the game room, re-named “Girl Cave”. We watched a family of deer grazing in the backyard. This is definitely a cabin we will come to again! Thank you to all that contributed to our relaxing and memorable stay at Humble and Kind! God Bless You All.”

“Our weekend was amazing! We traveled from El Reno, Ok with three families. Broken Bow lake is the most beautiful lake in Oklahoma. This area and your cabin is a place where friends become family! Thank you for your awesome accommodations and cabin that felt like home! Book us for every Labor Day weekend until further notice. – Millers, Finnigan’s, & Denwalt’s”

“Our weekend at Humble and Kind was awesome! If you prefer the outdoors, set up a campfire in the yard, which is amazing! If you prefer the indoors, the living room table has a secret place for board games! We had lots of fun! We loved our stay and will be back again soon.”

“Can’t believe it’s taken so long to realize a little slice of Colorado exists in Southeast Oklahoma – just 3 hours from Tulsa. We enjoyed kayaking , hiking, swimming, petting sweet animals, and livin’ on Hochatime. I fondly remember our mornings of cooking breakfast, hot tubbing, drinking coffee, and listening to the crows, and our nights by the fire making smores. Thank you so much for this incredible place!”

– The Kobels, The Huckes, and The Chupps

“We loved our Broken Bow vacation! Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. The cabin is beautiful and had everything needed. We spent most of time enjoying the outdoor space and watching the kids play. We also learned our mom/grandma can play a mean game of tetherball! Our family made memories that will last a life time. Thank you so much. We love Humble & Kind!!”

– The Spurlock Family

“We are a big group of friends – known each other for a couple of years. But we all act like a big family. During our time in this beautiful cabin and this fun town. We will look back on this trip and laugh forever. It’s not a question “if” we will be back, but “when”. Hope you have a fraction as much fun as we did”.
